PVC Window Components
We offer a range of PVC jambs, brickmolds, casing, channels, and other finishing components to suit new construction, replacement windows, box units, basement installations, and custom wall depths.
Standard PVC Jamb Options
Choose the jamb option that best matches your wall depth and installation method:

Odd jambs can be ordered to your specified wall depth, or supplied standard and trimmed on site.
Adding a PVC Jamb to an Existing Window
When adding a PVC jamb to an existing Century Glass Ltd. window, the arrowhead profile on the jamb snaps into the channel on the window frame.
If the window frame does not have a channel, the arrowhead can be trimmed from a board return and adhered directly to the window frame. This creates a solid attachment surface for the jamb extension.
Board returns are also a good choice when the opening will be finished with drywall, plywood, wood, or another custom material.
PVC Jamb Sizes
Our PVC jamb extensions are available in the following sizes:

Jamb thickness:
- 1 1/4″ through 4 7/16″ jambs are 3/4″ thick
- 6 3/16″ jamb and larger are 1/2″ thick
For wall depths greater than 12 7/8″, two PVC jambs can be joined using an H-channel. Jambs can also be trimmed to achieve a custom finished wall depth.

Jamb Supply Options
Contractors can choose how their PVC jambs are supplied:
- Full 16 ft. lengths – supplied for cutting and assembly on site
- 8 ft. lengths – half lengths which are easier to transport
- Cut to size – jambs cut to suit each individual window
- Pre-assembled jamb box – ready for installation
PVC Casing & Trim Options
We offer several casing and trim options depending on the desired finished appearance and installation method.
3″ PVC Profiled Casing
Our 3″ PVC profiled casing snaps into the groove on the outside edge of the PVC jamb, providing a clean, finished appearance. Use with rosettes or miter for your desired finished look. Comes in 16 foot lengths.
Groove Covers
When casing is not required, such as with some box-unit installations, a groove cover can be installed to conceal the casing groove and provide a neat finished edge.
3 3/8″ Rosette & Corner Key Set
A 3 3/8″ rosette with corner key, supplied as a set. The rosette and corner key are for use with our PVC casing, providing a finished trim detail at the corners.
3 1/2″ Vinyl-Wrapped Flat Casing
A 3 1/2″ flat casing with a vinyl-wrapped finish. This casing has no profile or groove and does not snap into the PVC jamb. Comes in 14 foot lengths.
Brickmolds
PVC brickmolds are available in lengths or welded, depending on your installation requirements.
Available profiles:
- 5907 – 1 1/2″ brickmold
- 5902 – 2″ brickmold
- 5919 – 2 1/4″ renovation brickmold with screw channel and snap-on cover
- 5990 – 3″ brickmold
- 5911 – 4″ brickmold
The 1 1/2″, 3″, and 4″ brickmold profiles are available with an optional nailing flange.
Sill Expander
The 5927 sill expander can be used to cover and finish gaps around the sill where a customer does not want to install casing.
It provides a clean transition and helps finish off installations where additional trim is required.
